How pricing works
Per active member
Members do not count as people on your payroll. The price per member drops in tiers, there is a monthly minimum, and every 500 members include one device connection.
Monthly minimum: COP 40,000 alongside another paid product, or COP 60,000 on its own, because it includes the platform.
Values in Colombian pesos, before taxes. Outside Colombia, the calculator shows your currency.

How is a member counted?
Each active gym member counts. Members do not add to the payroll people.
Does it process membership payments?
The pricing page quotes the software. Confirm the scope of charges and payments for your operation with an advisor.
Is the biometric device included?
No. Biometric devices are bought or rented separately and only in Colombia. One connection is included for every 500 members.
Is there a free option?
Yes, up to 5 members with full features.
